Privacy notice
How Crawlr handles website and sample-request data.
Last updated August 16, 2026.
Information you submit
Crawlr receives the contact and project information you choose to provide through the data-sample form, including your name, work email, company, role, target sources, markets, catalog range, requested capabilities, and additional context.
How the information is used
The information is used to assess your request, communicate about a potential project, protect the form from abuse, and operate the website. Crawlr does not use this repository as a lead database and the form implementation does not log submission contents.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information.
- Resend delivers the submitted request to the configured Crawlr recipient.
Retention and sharing
Sample-request information is retained only as needed to review the request, communicate, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. If a request does not result in an engagement, Crawlr deletes the submitted information after 12 months unless a longer retention period is required by law. Crawlr does not sell sample-request information.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your sample-request information, email sales@crawlr.tech.
